Can I have Popcorn?

What once was hailed as a healthy low-fat snack, is actually a calorie laden food that causes inflammation in our bodies and is not good for us at all. Popcorn is made of corn. Corn is a grain and the Fastifiers lifestyle says “no grain”. So, try pork rinds instead but no popcorn during the challenge or while eating the way of a Fastifier.
